News | September 25, 2002 - Steel manufacturer NKK Corp.
(Tokyo) says it plans to merge its Adchemco (Tokyo) chemicals business with
the chemical operations of Kawasaki Steel Corp. (Tokyo). The merger will be
effective next April, the companies say. NKK and Kawasaki Steel earlier
announced plans to combine their respective steel businesses into a new
company, JFE Steel. |
