| General | Akbari Group was established in 1948 by late Sheikh Siraj-ud-Din Ahmed. It was a humble beginning but his dedication to work, fair and honest business practices made Akbari Group a trusted name for Chemicals and Paper. Today this business is spread all over the country and this trust is an asset for the team running this organization, in particular and the country in general. Footsteps of Sheikh Siraj-ud-Din Ahmed were ably followed by his son Sheikh Fazal Elahi Akbar (Late) and all the others who eventually joined this group.Akbari Chemical Industries (ACI), producers of sulphuric acid, sulphur rolls, fine sulphur powder, aluminium sulphate, formic acid, Acetec®,LABSA and Single Super Phosphate (SSP), is a sister concern of Akbari Stores (Private) Limited and an integral part of Akbari Group.ACI has come a long way since its humble inception in 1979 with a 10 ton-per-day sulphuric acid plant. Building on its experience and customer satisfaction for over three decades, ACI has grown, expanded, and diversified.
