| General | The Company manufactures Chemical Products, both organic & inorganic and
in particular napthalene based dyes, intermediates.
Originally the company was a wholly owned Subsidiary of Maheshwari Mills
Ltd.,which in turn was a subsidiary of Piramal Spg.& Wvg. Mills ltd. with
effect from 28th December, 1977 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of
Piramal Spg.& Wvg.Mills Ltd.
Effective from 10th November, 1986, the company name
was changed to Amal Rasayan Ltd. from Piramal Rasayan Ltd. |
