General | KPPL, a 100% owned subsidiary of Shree Pushkar Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing of Single Super Phosphate in the state of Haryana, India. With the acquisition of KPPL, Shree Pushkar Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd. (SPCFL) now has a strong foothold in India’s most promising agriculture market, Punjab and Haryana. Further establishing “Shree Pushkar” brand across northern India.Along with that, SPCFL also set up a new Sulphuric Acid Plant and Captive Power Plant in 2019 at the same site, this foray into backward integration was a turnaround moment for KPPL as it propelled the company towards sustainable functioning.The acquisition of KPPL was completed in the year 2018. | |
