| General | The project for establishing a Sulfuric Acid Plant to serve Colombia's southwestern markets began in 1977. The new plant would be located in the town of Caloto, Department of Cauca, due to its proximity to the product's principal consumers, and to the Cauca Indigenous Mining Enterprise S.A., supplier of the most important raw material: sulfur. | |
