Small Acid Plant Project

The equipment in a 100 MTPD sulphuric acid plant is small enough that individual pieces of equipment can be fit within the size limits of a standard 40 ft container.  Therefore, it is possible to design a modular 100 MTPD plant which can shipped almost entirely in standard containers.

This modular concept would allow for shop fabrication of components and shipping by standard methods such as container ship and truck.  Erection of the plant on site would simply be assembly of modular components.  The frame of the container would be used as supporting structure for the equipment.
