| General | OAO Angarsk Petrochemical Company produces, refines,
and distributes petrochemicals. The
company owns and operates oil refineries, chemical plants, and storage
facilities. Its products include motor and jet fuel, olefins, and fuel oil.
OAO Angarskaya Petrochemical, formerly known as Angarsk Petrochemical
Company, was founded in 1975 and is based in Irkutsk, Russia.
Previously, the company operated as a subsidiary of YUKOS Corp. As of May 3, 2007, OAO Angarsk Petrochemical Company is a
subsidiary of Neft-Aktiv LLC. |
